Benefits Assistance Resource Center (BARC) provides technical assistance and training to the Benefits Planning Assistance and Outreach Programs funded under the Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Improvement Act of 1999.

BizNet - VCU-RRTC and businesses collaborate to reach employers and businesses who need and can benefit from information on the business reasons for hiring individuals with disabilities. 

Business Connections   [Serving Richmond, VA] Are you a person with a disability and are looking for a career? Or, are you an employer that needs qualified employees?  If the answer is "Yes" then contact the RRTC and get connected! 

CyberU - This site provides information and online registration for VCU-RRTC's distance education opportunities to include webcasts, online courses, and online seminars.

Professional Development Academy (PDA) increases the capacity of university personnel to support students with disabilities.

Techlink  This project disseminates best practices information on transition programming and develops networks of support via the Internet/Web for anyone interested in improving transition outcomes of students with severe disabilities.

The Training and Technical Assistance for Providers (T-TAP)  is a national center developed by VCU and U of Mass, Boston. T-TAP assists Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs) and other community-based service providers that are using 14 (c) certificates to incorporate customized employment strategies and integrated employment outcomes into their programs. 

VCU Business Roundtable  A forum for identifying and addressing factors that inhibit industries from employing workers with disabilities.
